Main overview: E&C Synergy JV (E&C) is a SBA approved Joint Venture between E-Logic Inc. and Creative Information Technology, Inc. (CITI) with a vast experience in delivering IT solution to Federal Government, State and Local Government, and commercial clients. E&C was created to offer a broad portfolio of Management, Technical, Operational, and Analytical Information Technology services to address a variety of our customers’ needs.
